The main responsibilities of this role include providing support to our accounting manager and controller, assisting with daily office needs, and managing general accounting activities. Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support for our controller and accounting manager.
  • Manage and track key accounting data.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Order office supplies and schedule needed maintenance/repairs.
  • Perform administrative duties that include opening and distributing office mail.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Book travel arrangements as needed.
  • Manage and reconcile company credit card accounts.
  • Assist in other areas of the accounting department when needed.

To qualify for this job, you must have:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Relevant degree or course of learning in accounting strongly preferred
  • 2 plus years of accounting experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
