Interior Design Coordinator

Wilmington, North Carolina
Work Type: Full Time

At Luxe Home Interiors, we are not your average Interior Design firm. We are all about the details, from the fabrics' texture to the perfect shade of paint. We dive right in to uncover our client's design dreams! When we partner with a client, they are paired with a team of experts (an Interior Designer and a Design Coordinator) to walk them through the design process and get down to the nitty-gritty.

As much as we prioritize our clients, we also prioritize our team members. Every day we strive to create a team environment that is collaborative, motivating, and pushes each other to be our best. Our team is comprised of detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and self-motivated individuals. We value team development by offering the resources our employees need to thrive. We host professional development sessions for our team each Friday and weekly 1:1 meetings for additional training. The next addition to our team is for the Design Coordinator role!
