Our Account Executives are at the forefront of this movement. They not only spend their days helping great leaders start recognition programs for their teams but also get frequent recognition because we practice what we preach. 


Account Executive Compensation Plan:


•our average Account Executive earns $127,228, but we just had a first-year team member earn $151,266

•your income will be based on how well you do in the position

•paid training, then 100% commission

•performance bonuses

Responsibilities:


•source new sales opportunities through outbound calls

•identify and speak to the decision-maker at each location

•pitch and close appropriate solutions based on the prospect’s needs

•achieve monthly quotas


Frequently Asked Questions:


Will I be in a cubicle? Nope! All of our employees get their own offices from day one.

What are the hours? 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Will I need to travel? No. Everything is done over the phone.

Can I work remotely? After the first 90 days of training at our corporate office, eligibility to transition to hybrid or 100% remote is based on performance and results. We have several very successful Account Executives who are 100% remote and/or hybrid.

Will I have to find my own leads? No. We have a dedicated Lead Manager who will make sure each Account Executive is supplied with the leads they need to reach their quotas.

Will I receive training/help after the initial training period? Yes. We have a dedicated Sales Coach for all our selling teams.

How well-known are you in your industry? Very. We are an established name, having been in the recognition business for 33+ years.

How feasible is it to actually hit monthly quotas? Not only is it possible, but most Account Executives are at or over their goal consistently.
