Design Coordinator - Luxe

Leland, North Carolina
Work Type: Full Time

At Luxe Home Interiors, we are all about the details, from the fabrics' texture to the perfect shade of paint. We dive right in to uncover our client's design dreams! When we partner with a client, they are paired with a team of experts (an Interior Designer and a Design Coordinator) to walk them through the design process and get down to the nitty-gritty.

As much as we prioritize our clients, we also prioritize our team members. Every day we strive to create an energetic, collaborative, motivating, and fun team environment! Our team is comprised of detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and self-motivated individuals. We value team development by offering the resources our employees need to thrive. We host professional development sessions for our team each Friday and weekly 1:1 meetings for additional training.

The next addition to our team is the Design Coordinator role. This position lets you fully immerse yourself in what Interior Design looks like from behind the scenes. Being a design trainee, you will spend a year or two learning hands-on by providing support to our Interior Design professionals. Some of our very best Interior Designers were once Design Coordinators that embraced the in-depth training this role offers to then go on and lead successful client projects, going home fulfilled each day and earning six figures.
