At Connect Community Involvement Directory of Cape Fear, we are about building relationships and connections. Our Directory enables individuals to contact organizations, groups, and clubs of interest to them. We are a champion of all individuals in the Cape Fear area to create meaningful relationships through community involvement. 

We are now looking to add to our team through the Service Representative position. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-related role with the ability to communicate effectively. Does this sound like you or someone you know? Keep reading below!

On an average day, you will:

  • Reach out to clients via phone call 
    • Verify the client information and update it as needed
    • Walk the client through the questionnaire provided on our website
  • Utilize the computer to research client information and update client profiles 

To qualify for this job, you must have:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
